One of Donegal’s most stunning waterside restaurants has gone ‘Sale Agreed.’
There was major interest recently when the Waters Edge in the idyllic seaside village of Rathmullan went on the open market.
The 9,935 sq. ft restaurant has been closed for a number of years but had been a favourite of Donegal families and visitors for many years.
Now the venue is set to open again with new owners but with the same stunning views over Lough Swilly.
The sale price of new owners of the stunning venue has not been disclosed.
The property enjoys 180 degree panoramic views where patrons can dine and enjoy as well as 10 bedrooms (all en-suite) for those who wish to stay over.
As well as its accommodation, the restaurant boasts a full commercial kitchen and bar and adjoining carpark included.
