GAA President Larry McCarthy welcomed students from sixth class at Scoil Mhuire Creeslough to a tour of the famous Croke Park stadium.
Mr McCarthy made the kind offer while visiting the area following the Creeslough Tragedy.
The class were joined by principal John O’Doherty, teachers Mrs Claire Gallagher and Holly McCarry, SNA Mark Crossan, chairman of St. Michael’s and transport was provided by Conor Carroll.

There was a further surprise for these young children as former minister, Pat the Cope Gallagher, arranged a visit to the Dáil and were greeted by Pearse Doherty, Padraig McLaughlin, Joe McHugh and Brandon McColgan.

The group was also treated to a meal by The Bonnenton Hotel and Martin McGettigan on their second last day.
