It’s back to the 80s 90s for disco to fund Donegal student’s leadership plan

It’s time to take a trip down memory lane as the Milford Inn at Mulroy Woods will be hosting an 80s and 90s themed disco for a very good cause.

To ensure it’s just like the old days DJ Bosco will be there with all the tunes we know and love.

The event aims to raise funds for 11 young adults from Kilmacrennan who have been offered a place in a leadership programme at Maynooth University for five days at the end of July and beginning of August.

The cost of funding for the conference is €3,300 for all to attend.

At this conference, they will meet other teenagers from across the world who will all be taught how to use research skills and develop their leadership skills. This will enable them to roll out each of their individual projects in the local community in the future months.

The disco will take place on Saturday 24th June from 10pm to 2am.

It is an over-18s event only and tickets can be bought here: https://www.eventbrite.ie/e/back-to-the-80s-90s-disco-milford-inn-style-tickets-643611067027

So get your friends together and your Gladrags on and head to Mulroy Woods for a night to remember. Make it authentic – book your bus to get there!
