St. Eunan’s National School is celebrating the official opening of its new extension, which was unveiled by Bishop Alan Mc Guckian on 16th June.
The school has been working hard over the past year to complete the extension, which consists a new classroom, two new SET rooms, a new playground, a new toilet block and storage area.

The new classroom is bright and airy, with plenty of natural light, and is fitted with the latest technology to aid teaching and learning.
The SET rooms are fully equipped to support the school’s curriculum and will be a wonderful addition to the school’s facilities.

Speaking about the new extension, Principal Anita Keeve said: “We are thrilled to officially open the new extension at St Eunan’s National School today.
“It has been a dream of ours to expand our facilities and provide an even better learning environment for our students.
“I am excited to see the positive impact the new classrooms will have on our pupils.”

The new extension has been warmly welcomed by both students and staff at St. Eunan’s National School, and it is hoped that it will help to promote and inspire learning in the school community for years to come.
