Glen Estates is a busy Property Sales & Lettings Management Agency in Letterkenny.
The company is currently looking for a part–time receptionist.
You will enjoy a varied role compromising of Sales and Lettings management administration such as:
- Front of house receptionist and representative of the company
- Scheduling appointments
- Creating and filing Sales and Letting management documents
- Dealing with phone, post, and email queries
- Contributing to general admin tasks and maintenance administration of the properties
- Uploading invoices
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 years’ experience in a similar position preferred
- Proficient in MS Office Suite
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- High level of attention to detail
- Ability to prioritise and manage workloadsMonday – Friday 1:00pm-5:00pm
Work Location: In person full-time office based.
Job Type: Part time.
Salary: €11.50 per hour.
