There are children’s sports days across Ireland all the time.
But in Donegal it’s sometimes a little different.
And especially when you have your sports day next to the local airport.
Michelle Boyle caught this brilliant snap at the Lá Spóirt Bunscoil na Rosann agus Gaothdobhair, Chairrig Fhinn which was organised by Rosses A.C.
It shows competitors lining up for what looks like the National Wheelbarrow event!
But the most amazing aspect about the picture is the fact that very few have even noticed that a plane is landing in the next field.
Donegal – up here it really is different.
