Daniel and Majella O’Donnell were the very popular winners of the celebrity ‘Mr and Mrs’ fundraiser in Gaoth Dobhair last night.
The event was held in the famous Leo’s Tavern in order to raise funds for community development in the surrounding Meenaleck area.
The world-famous O’Donnells came out tops as the couple who could prove they knew each other better than their competitors who included Máire Brennan and her husband Tim Jarvis.
And, of course, Daniel wooed the huge audience with a beautiful rendition of ‘My Donegal’ (below).
