An important public meeting will take place in Killygordon on Friday evening to discuss the future development of the area.

The event will be held at 7:30 pm in the Oaktree (CAKE) Community Centre.

Items on the agenda include the provision of feedback on the various grants and funding obtained to date and how they will benefit the community directly.

There will also be an update on the current plans for the area. In addition, there will be an opportunity for the community to let Crossroads and Killygordon Enterprise (CAKE) know of any courses, classes, or activities they would like to see in the centre or in the wider area.

“A lot has happened, and a lot is planned. This meeting is your opportunity to learn about and shape those plans,” a spokesperson for CAKE said.

Please come along at 7pm for tea, biscuits and a chat before proceedings get underway.
