Family owned; General Insurance Broker, Britton Insurance is expanding its 50 strong workforce in its Donegal Town office with positions in its Personal lines team and a junior administration role available.
Both roles are currently offered on a full-time basis and are open to junior associates looking to excel in a busy office environment.
Remote and part-time options are only available for qualified insurance or financial representatives.
PERSONAL LINES REPRESENTATIVE
The ideal candidate will have:
- Sales or Tele-sales experience.
- Sales in a financial setting preferable for personal lines role but not essential.
- Strong organisational skills
- Flexible start time with option of 9am or 9:30 start.
- Excellent communication and telephone skills
- Proficient in administration
- Willing to learn in a fast-paced office environment.
- Sales driven whilst customer focused.
- Unqualified applicants must be willing to study alongside work to obtain their insurance credentials.
- Insurance or Financial qualifications or working towards such accreditation- APA, QFA, CIP or grandfathered ideal but not necessary.
IF QUALIFIED…
- Options of 3 or 4 days per week.
- Remote Work available with only one day required in the office per week.

JUNIOR ADMINISTRATION ROLE
The ideal candidate will have:
- Computer Efficiency
- Strong Organisational skills
- Proficient in administration
- Willing to learn in a fast-paced office environment.
Position offers a competitive salary with office hours 8.45am -5pm Monday- Friday.
