The irrepressible Ciaran McGeady reclaimed the title from his brother Pat to etch his name on the Cloughaneely District Darts League Singles title for a record fifth time.
The trophy will reside in Cashelnagore once more as the superb McGeady triumphed on a scoreline of 5-1 against the giant gentleman of Ardsbeg Tony Mulhern.
The victory comes just after his Pat Rawdon success in Killybegs last weekend.
Ciaran opened the final with a 13 darter followed by a 12 darter to signal his intent. Despite the previous singles champion Tony responding in style to pull a leg back, McGeady powered on to overwhelm a very good performance from Tony.
McGeady sealed his place in the final with a commanding 4-1 win over James Doohan while Tony squeezed past the excellent young gun Cathal McGeever on a scoreline of 4-2 to make his return to the final.
