Majella O’Donnell has revealed the secrets behind the two tattoos she has.
Majella revealed all when she appeared on RTE’s Angela Scanlon’s Ask Me Anything show at the weekend.
She told how she has two inkings – one on her wrist and the other which is on her bum and only hubby Daniel evers sees that!
Majella said: “I have one here (points to wrist) and I have one on my bum!
“Nobody sees it, nobody, including myself, except for Daniel!”
The saucy tattoo came out of a trip she made to Australia to see her daughter Siobhan.
She explained “That was a memory I made with my daughter in Byron Bay in Australia.
“My daughter loves tattoos, she considers them art. For me, (points to wrist) that’s somebody that passed and that has a significance for me (A dear friend who passed from breast cancer.)”
Majella also revealed that the tattoo on her bum has a special family meaning.
She added: “The one on my bum, it just has three initials, D.S.M. – Daniel. Sadism. Masochism. NO! Daniel, Siobhán and Michael!”
And Majella also revealed that her Kincasslagh hubby is more of a romantic than many know.
She said: “Every time he goes away, I know when I go to bed at night, when I go to pull the covers back, there’s going to be a note or €50, with ‘Love you, have lunch on me’. It’s lovely just a little thing like that.”
