Glebe Builders is currently seeking a Quantity Surveyor (Contractor) for Donegal.
The role includes:
- Creating, managing and tracking subcontractor packages.
- Procuring material packages
- Quantifying and taking off material using cubit
- Sourcing of alternative products
- Creating sub-contractor packages and pricing
- Ability to negotiate most economic prices.
- Tender analysis
Minimum Requirements:
- 1-3 years’ experience in contracting environment
- Familiar with Microsoft office
- Familiar with Buildsoft & Cubit
- Degree in Quantity surveying
