The various winners in the recent St Mary’s, Convoy GAA draw have been presented with their prizes.
Local couple Rodger and Angie O’Connor were the top prize winners – collecting the jackpot prize of €50,000.
The other winners, who received €1,000 each, were: Liam and Pat Mailey (Convoy); John Parke (Raphoe); Pat Brogan (Donegal Town); Daniel Doherty (Lifford) and James Conroy, USA.
A big well done to everyone involved.
The draw was made at the club’s annual dinner dance which was held recently in the Villa Rose Hotel.
Funds raised will go towards the ongoing improvements at the club grounds. St. Mary’s GAA Club aims to raise over €180,000 to support the on-going development of the facilities, including the playing field.
Everyone at St Marys GAA Convoy would like to sincerely thank everyone who supported our draw in any way. The proceeds of the draw are going towards new dressing rooms and playing surface to help us upgrade our facilities for the current and next generation within the parishes of Convoy, Drumkeen & Raphoe.
