Job Vacancies: The Blackthorn Amusements Bridgend, Co. Donegal is looking for a Supervisor to join our experienced team. Ideal candidates will have a natural flair for providing excellent customer service and an aptitude for numbers.
This role is 40 hours per week, 8 hours shifts 5 days per week, Day time, evening and weekend shifts are required,
What you will be doing:
- Overseeing daily operations while helping to develop team members,
- Advising and guiding customers on any queries or questions they may have,
- Ensure staff on shift follow correct protocol,
- Providing cashier services,
- Maintaining the high standards of the premises,
- Ensuring the clubs promotions are carried out as per guidelines,
- Encourage a positive working environment through leading by example.
