The busy Navenny/Dreenan road is to remain closed for the rest of the day following a serious crash earlier.
A man was rushed to hospital with serious injuries following the two-car collision which occurred at around 11:30am.
“The road involved in this collision is currently closed while Gardaí continue to attend the scene,” a garda spokesperson said.
