Scoil Mhuire Buncrana have made it into the FAI Schools final for the second consecutive year.
The Buncrana school defeated Coláiste Phobal Ros Cré of Tipperary by a single goal as they look to defend their title.
Jodie Loughrey, fresh off signing for Sligo Rovers earlier this week, scored the only goal of the game in Sligo with a brilliant free-kick after 15 minutes.
Scoil Mhuire will play St. Attracta’s Community School, Tobercurry, in the final, a side they defeated on their way to the winning the competition last year.
The sides drew 1-1 in normal time last year in the semi-final as Bria McGilloway equalised late on for them, before Jodie Loughrey found the net to bag the winner in extra-time.
