The Loreto Community School Milford community has issued congratulations to three second year students who came third in the Chemical, Physical and Mathematical category in the BT Young Scientist Competition last weekend.
They were Rose Gaffey, Ava Molloy & Darcy Mc Granaghan and their teachers Ms. Herron and Ms. Coyle.
Their project was based on them carrying out a quantitative water analysis of Mulroy Bay to measure the efficacy of the new sewage system.
“Everyone in Loreto Community School is very proud of your achievement,” a school spokesperson said.
