Funeral next week for Donegal woman who died in UK accident

The funeral takes place next week of a Donegal woman who died after being struck by a car in the UK.

Teresa Leeper (née Murray), of Blue Cedars, Ballybofey, lost her life after the tragic accident in Birmingham on December 15.

The late Ms Leeper, who was in her 70s, was born and reared in Kilcar before moving to the UK.

She returned to Ireland and had been living in Ballybofey for a number of years before recently relocating back to the UK.

Teresa will be sadly missed by her loving husband Joe, daughters Caroline and Sharon and son Martin, sons-in- law, daughter- in- law, sisters Bernadette and Rosaleen, brothers-in-law, her adored grandchildren, nieces, nephews, extended family and friends.

Her remains will be received into our Lady of Lourdes Catholic Church Yardley Wood, Birmingham on Monday, January 23, at 6pm to repose overnight.

Funeral Mass will be on Tuesday 24th January at 11am followed by burial at Widney Manor Cemetery. Teresa’s funeral will be live streamed on the following link www.ourladyoflourdesbirmingham.co.uk
