Ambitious plans are to be lodged for almost 60 new housing units in east Donegal.
Jem Construction Ltd is to seek permission from Donegal County Council to demolish a shed to make way for 59 dwellings at Raphoe Townparks.
The proposed development will also include associated site works, car parking and discharge of stormwater to the existing water course at Railway Road.
