Red Hughs have unveiled former player, Eugene Browne, as their new senior manager.
Browne played at full-back for the Cross, Killygordon outfit up until his retirement after the club won the 2018 county and Ulster Junior Championships.
Current U21 manager, he takes over from Francie Martin who departs after just one season at the helm.
The club was caught up in Division 2 league relegation play-off this year, beating neighbours Convoy in a playoff.
However, they reached the intermediate championship quarter final, narrowly losing to Termon.
Browne will hope to improve on the team’s fortunes this year.
Red Hughs have also confirmed another former player, Darren McCreary, as their reserve team manager.
