Leading Donegal Facility Management Company, TFS, is currently seeking a full-time Accounts/Office Administrator.
Duties include:
- Reconciliation and processing of purchase and sales invoices on Xero accounts package( knowledge of Xero preferred)
- Inputting and processing of supplier Invoices on a daily basis to include matching, coding and verifying accuracy
- Assistance with processing of payments for suppliers.
- Assist both external suppliers and accounts team with accounts payable queries
- Assistance with reconciliation of monthly creditor statements.
- Support the internal and external audit process.
- Support finance team with accounts payable emails
- Any other duties, relevant to this position as required from time to time
- Assist with month end procedures and reporting
- General Administration duties
- Office hours 9am to 5pm
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: €15.00 per hour
