Dylan Browne McMonagle won the ‘Flat Achievement Award’ at 2022 Horse Racing Ireland Awards in Dublin yesterday.
The Letterkenny man has had an outstanding year with over 50 wins, retaining the Irish Flat Champion Apprentice jockey crown.
The 19-year-old also claimed his first Group 1 winner in the Goffs Vincent O’Brien National Stakes at the Curragh in September, winning on 9/1 shot Al Riffa for Joseph O’Brien.
Browne McMonagle said: “I’m very grateful for the opportunities, and I can’t thank everyone enough for the support I received.”
