Gardaí are appealing for witnesses after a burglary at St Baithin’s church in St Johnston.

The local church was targeted on Friday 11th November, when money was taken from the sacristy.

Sometime between 11am and 4.30pm last Friday, the door of the sacristy was forced open and a small amount of cash was stolen.

Gardaí are appealing to anyone who was in the area and saw any person acting suspiciously, or any suspicious vehicles, to contact Letterkenny Garda Station on +353 74 9167100.
