St. Michael’s GAA along with the Donegal LGFA are hosting a ‘Coaching for Cresslough’ fundraiser later this month.
The event, held on the 26th of November, will give those who sign up a great opportunity as they spend a day observing & learning from some of Irelands best coaches, while raising much needed funds for the Creeslough Tragedy Fund.
Former Donegal manager Micky Moran is one of the coaches, who will spend an hour and a half teaching ‘The Power of Conditioned & Small Sided Games’.
Moran has managed five counties in his career, including Mayo, Derry, Leitrim and Sligo along with Donegal.
Moran most recently won the All-Ireland Club Championship with Down club side Kilcoo.
Lunch will then be provided by Yes Chef Catering before another session from current Dublin Ladies manager Mick Bohan and former Clare Ladies’ manager Evan Talty on ‘Making the Coach the best version of themselves’.
The event takes place at the St. Michael’s GAA ground in Dunfanaghy while the cost is €50 per coach with all Proceeds donated to the Creeslough Fund.
