An €8,500 donation to Donegal Down Syndrome Association will go a long way in the community thanks to Champions Travel Letterkenny.
The Champions Travel team came together to achieve record sales figures with the aim of making a donation to a local charity if targets were hit.
They succeeded, thanks to the hard work of the entire team, and Donegal Down Syndrome was selected as the benefiting charity.
The team has issued a special thanks to Kevin Ward the Managing Director of Champions Travel for encouraging and helping them to give back to the local community through this donation.
Gina Grant from Donegal Down Syndrome Association said: “We are so grateful to have received this fantastic donation from Champions Travel. The journey for independence with our members starts as soon as they are born to have intervention available to them as early as possible is vital, we couldn’t provide these essential services without the help of our community. Thank you so much to the team in Champion Travel.”
