St. Eunan’s boss Rory Kavanagh believes his side will have to improve against the quality of opposition left in the Donegal Senior Football Championships.
St. Eunan’s won convincingly by 2-15 to 0-5 against St. Michael’s at the Davy Brennan Memorial Park, but Kavanagh wants his team to kick on from the result, with difficult opposition to come.
“We got the job done and that’s the most important thing. There’s plenty to improve on in the first half performance, particularly the first quarter, I think we were slow to settle.
“We know now the Championships going to get really really tough and the teams that are left are really well organised and really well structured and we’re going to face big tests now so we’ve got to be ready for that.”
