UPDATE: Errigal View Petting Zoo will reopen for family fun on Saturday and Sunday 10th-11th September.
The Errigal View Pet Zoo is to close temporarily because of flood damage.
The zoo, located at An Chuairt Hotel in Gaoth Dobhair, will remain closed for the rest of the week.
Heavy rain overnight caused some damage to the pathways and walkways as well as flooding.
The zoo is a popular location for tourists and locals alike.
