NOTICE TO CREDITORS, BENEFICIARIES AND OTHERS

In the Estate of Patrick Kerr (Otherwise known as Patrick Carr) Deceased late of Corry, Portsalon, County Donegal, NOTICE is hereby given pursuant to Section 49 of the Succession Act 1965 that all creditors, beneficiaries and other persons having any claims against or interest in the Estate of the above name Deceased who died on the 15th day of January 1944 are hereby required to send on or before the 5th day of September 2022 particulars of such claims or interests to the undersigned Solicitor for the Personal Representatives of the Deceased.

AND NOTICE is hereby further given that after the said 5th day of September 2022 said Personal Representatives will proceed to convey or distribute the property of the said Deceased among the parties entitled thereto having regard only to the claims and demands of which particulars have been received.
