Sweeney’s Homevalue Hardware Lettermacaward is a family run retail business. Their customer base consists of local building contractors, plumbers, farmers and DIY enthusiasts. The business require a general sales manager to oversee the daily operation of two hardware stores located in Gweedore and Lettermacaward.
General Sales Manager
The person shall be charismatic, energetic, enthusiastic, work well under pressure and have excellent social skills. The applicant will be responsible for all sales activities including the training of staff and meeting of sales targets.
Previous experience in sales working in retail hardware/builders providers is preferable but not essential. Salary is negotiable depending on experience.

Office Worker
Sweeney’s Homevalue require a part-time/full-time office worker to assist their sales team with customer quotes, sales & marketing. Applicant must have good social skills, be flexible and be proficient in Microsoft Office.
A good general knowledge of the retail sector is desirable.
