A Donegal woman who is helping people eat well on a budget is quickly gaining fans online after being noticed by Aldi.
Rosie Cassidy from Gaoth Dobhair recently started to share her family recipes on TikTok with helpful cost-cutting ideas.
And the videos have become so popular that Aldi say she deserves her own cooking programme!
Writing to Rosie on Twitter, the Aldi social media team said: “Give this woman her own show! We’d watch.”
Rosie loves to inspire her followers with deliciously quick and easy dishes such as chicken salad and sausage meat pasta, using all Aldi ingredients for under €10. All the ‘Eating on a Budget’ videos take viewers through a quick guide on the meals she makes for her husband Stevo and their three children.
