Donegal County Council is seeking tenders to carry out pre-design investigations for two new greenways.

The local authority is looking for suitable contractors to do geotechnical investigations along the R238, and adjoining lands, between the villages of Muff and Quigleys Point.

This is to determine the condition and engineering properties of the ground and location and depth of existing utilities.

A similar tender has been published for the proposed Lifford to Castlefin greenway.
