Job Vacancy: An excellent opportunity exists for an Office Administrator at the Bus Feda Donegal Office, located at our base in Ranafast.
We are looking for a hard-working, responsible & motivated person to join our team.
Role: Office Administrator
Hours: Full-time (with flexible hours considered)
Salary: Dependent on experience and ability
Immediate start
Responsibilities include:
- Reception & customer queries
- Email & social media management
- Invoice, data entry & document management
- Organising staff logistics, courses, licenses & documents
- Managing all vehicle and Transport Operator documents
- Receipt of deliveries
- Assistance to all team members as & when required
- All other general administration duties associated with a transport operators office+
Requirements:
- Fluent & articulate English speaker
- Fluent Gaeilge speaker an advantage but not essential
- Excellent communication, phone manner & customer service skills
- Ability to work on own initiative in a small office, whilst also being able to take direction.
- Ability to multi – task & problem solve
- Proficient working knowledge of computers including Microsoft Office packages & email.
- Be willing to upskill as required.
