Sweeney’s Hotel in Dungloe will be featured on the brand new season of ‘At Your Service’ on RTÉ One.
The hotel, which was once a popular and loved site, had been sitting empty for a number of years.
Builder and developer Pat Boyle, businessman Kevin Boyle and manager Martina Rafferty have enlisted the help of Francis and John Brennan to help breathe new life into Sweeney’s Hotel.
With a budget of €2.2 million, the team’s goal is to bring the hotel back to the hot-spot that it once was years ago, as they plan to renovate with new 18 boutique-style bedrooms, a function room, bar, restaurant, a central courtyard and an artisan café and bakery.
The episode will air on Monday the 25th of July at 9.35pm.
