Daniel O’Donnell says he’s now the designated babysitter for his beloved grandkids as he prepares to roll up his sleeves on a family trip abroad before heading back on the road.
The Kincasslagh crooner is getting ready to return to the stage for a busy tour season this autumn, after a long hiatus due to the pandemic.
But Daniel said he is eager to squeeze in some quality family time in the sun first with his beloved grandchildren, before taking to the road again.
Daniel told Irish Daily Mirror: “We’re going to Tenerife next week for two weeks.
“I’m brought to babysit,” he laughed.
But he said he is yet to decide whether he and his wife Majella will be making a return to the screen anytime soon in their fan favourite RTE Roadtrip shows.
