A driver in Buncrana was caught speeding at 130km/h in a 100km/h zone in Buncrana.
The driver was caught on the N13 by the Buncrana Roads Policing Unit.
A Garda spokesperson said: “Buncrana Roads Policing Unit detected a vehicle travelling at 130KPH in a 100KPH speed zone today on the N13.
“A Fixed Charge Penalty Notice will now issue which means that the driver will have to pay a fine of €80 and they will also receive 3 penalty points.”
