Donegal County Council has confirmed it is investigating an alleged breach of planning regulations at a flat complex in the centre of Letterkenny.
The council was alerted last week by residents of Orchard Crescent on the High Road who claimed that works were being carried out without planning permission.
A spokesperson for the council confirmed to Donegal Daily that they are investigating the matter.
“The Council have (sic) an open planning enforcement case relating to this issue,” they said.
