A total of twelve drivers were arrested over the Bank Holiday weekend in Donegal for being under the influence.
A total of nine were arrested for drink-driving and a further three arrested for suspected drug-driving.
All will appear before the local courts in the coming months.
Gardai have again appealed to people never to drive under the influence.
A further 11 people were also caught for speeding in a blitz by local Gardai yesterday.
