Dylan Browne McMonagle had a successful weekend at two Irish meetings, picking up two wins.
The Letterkenny man picked up his first winner of the weekend in Navan on Saturday 14th May on 15/2 shot Vera Magnifico.
The Joseph O’Brien trained shot won by three and a quarter furlongs ahead of the two favourites as Browne McMonagle sprung to life and won well against his rivals in the 1 mile 2 furlong maiden race.
It was a similar story on the Sunday in Naas as his winner was again an outsider for Joseph O’Brien, as he won on 10/1 shot Brostaigh.
Brostaigh won by a length and a half from the two favourites of Logo Hunter and Geocentric in the 5 furlong listed race, worth almost €30,000 for the winner.
