The management team and volunteer crew of Bundoran RNLI Lifeboat Station have unveiled their new Lifeboat Operations Manager.
Daimon Fergus (pictured) has been a volunteer crew member since 1997 and is a well respected member of the team.
“We wish Daimon the very best of luck in his new role at the station which he assumed yesterday,” a Bundoran RNLI spokesperson said.
“We look forward to his leadership for many years to come.”
He takes over from the popular Captain Hugh Anthony (Tony) McGowan who recently retired after 25 years at the helm.
