Alzheimer’s Society to open new Donegal headquarters

The Alzheimer’s Society of Ireland is to open their new Donegal headquarters in the Twin Towns.

The charity will be based at the former FAS offices in Dunfril House on Chestnut Road, Ballybofey.

Local auctioneer, Martin McGowan Property, confirmed the society had signed a long-term lease with one of his clients.

“It gives us great pleasure to have sought such a prestigious long term tenant for one of our long standing clients,” Mr McGowan said.

“Welcome to the Twin Towns to The Alzheimer’s Society of Ireland to your new H.Q in Donegal which will be their new county base serving almost 50 staff. We are delighted to have been part of it.”
