The Ballybofey and Stranorlar Tidy Towns committee is calling on residents of the area to come out and help them.
They are inviting members of the public to an open meeting on Wednesday evening.
“We at Ballybofey and Stranorlar Tidy Towns are urging the people of our community to come together and work collaboratively to make our area as attractive and welcoming as it can be,” a spokesperson for the group said.
“It’s time for the people of the Twin Towns to show some love and pride for the landscape and area in which we live in by becoming involved in the Tidy Towns projects.”
They are seeking people to help with planting, weeding and litter picking etc.
“Let’s join together to showcase Ballybofey and Stranorlar as the beautiful welcoming community we know it to be.”
The meeting will take place at 7.30 pm on Wednesday in the BASE Enterprise Centre in Stranorlar.
