Mark Connolly spoke at the homecoming of the Finn Valley athletes after their brilliant performance at the European Masters Championships.
Mark competed in the men’s 8km cross country race, finishing 18th, while he was 4th in his 1600m heat.
Mark praised the hunger and desire that the Donegal athletes had and how their hard work had paid off.
Mark went through the performance of each Finn Valley and Donegal athlete that competed in Braga in what was a hugely successful Championships for Finn Valley, Donegal and Ireland.
