There has been another 10,414 positive cases of Covid-19 today, Irish health officials confirm.
The figure includes 4,809 positive antigen tests registered through the HSE portal, on top of the 5,605 positive PCR confirmed cases.
The Department of Health says that there are now 739 Covid-19 patients in hospitals, down 85 from 824 yesterday, while 74 are in ICU, a drop of 5 from yesterday.
