PLANNING permission has been sought for a new housing development in Letterkenny.
Zen Projects Ltd have submitted an application for the proposed development at Glebe.
The application provides for the construction of seven houses, consisting of three detached two-storey houses and four semi-detached houses.
The application includes connection to onsite foul and storm drainage, together with all associated site works.
Donegal County Council say a decision is due on October 26 next.
