Whoriskey Heating Oils is currently recruiting for a part time/full time Office Administrator/Receptionist.
Main Duties & Responsibilities:
- The management of multiple clerical duties including serving customers, answering phone calls, responding to e mails, filing and the preparation of documents.
- Managing customer queries
- Dealing with customer orders and liaising with the delivery drivers.
- Cash handling & processing payments.
- Providing support for other financial duties delegated by management
The Person:
- Previous experience within an administrative role or customer service role
- Computer literate with knowledge of Sage, Excel and Microsoft Office.
- Have excellent organisational, communication and time management skills.
- Works well as part of a team
- Have an excellent telephone manner and demonstrate attention to detail
- Ability to work well under pressure.
