Glebe Builders is one of the leading construction companies in the North West with a number of projects in operation nationwide. We are currently seeking a Construction Administrator and a Construction Buyer (Contractor) in Donegal.
See below for details of each role:
Construction Administrator
Role Includes:
- General office administration, including email distribution, call taking and filing.
- Internal document control
- PA Support to Site Manager
- General construction site administration.
- Photographing on site progress
- Recording deliveries
- Vetting of health and safety for subcontractors (training will be provided)
- Carrying out on site inductions (training will be provided)
- Training will be provided for all of the above
Desirable but not required:
- Experience in construction administration
- Experience in Health and Safety

Construction Buyer (Contractor)- Donegal
Role Includes:
- Procuring material at the most competitive rates
- Arranging on time deliveries.
- Creating, managing and tracking material orders.
- Ensuring several quotations are received for all purchases.
- Working closely with the commercial departments.
- Liaising with site managers to minimize waste.
- Raising purchase orders.
- Price checking invoices and delivery dockets
Minimum Requirements:
- Familiar with Microsoft office
