East Donegal school approved to tender for new extension

Minister Charlie McConalogue welcomes confirmation that a Killygordon National School has been approved to proceed to tender for additional accommodation.

He was speaking after it was confirmed that Dromore NS can expand further.

“This is fantastic news for the Killygordon community, for the staff, students and parents of the school and will add to the capacity of the school,” Minister McConalogue said. 

“I thank Minister Norma Foley for confirming the news, Cllr Patrick McGowan for his work on the school and my colleagues Senator Blaney and Deputy McHugh.”
