TYRONE defender Ronan McNamee has been cleared to play in Sunday’s Ulster semi-final against Donegal.

McNamee was sent off during Tyrone’s quarter-final win over Cavan.

McNamee was given a red card following a clash with Conor Brady.

This evening, the Central Hearings Committee heard a case for McNamee’s red card to be rescinded.

The CHC have downgraded the offence to a yellow card and the player is now free to face Donegal at Brewster Park.
