Donations are coming in from as far away as Boston to help fund the 100% mica redress protest in Dublin.
On Tuesday, June 15, hundreds of affected homeowners in Donegal will travel to the capital for what promises to be a noisy march to the Dáil.
To make this possible, numerous businesses have donated to the fund to go towards paying for buses, signs, stickers and whatever else is needed for the big day.
“We have been contacted by lots of people in Boston who are doing fundraising for us as we speak, and we will be in contact with them very soon,” a spokesperson for the organisers said.
Bus departure times are expected to be confirmed tomorrow.
