A NEW apartment building is being proposed for Letterkenny.
Planning permission has been sought for the building at Oldtown, Letterkenny.
Applicant John McGlynn proposes to erect a building to consist of six apartments in total.
The development would include three ground floor apartments and three first floor apartments.
The development includes connection to the public sewer and all associated site works.
A decision is due by Donegal County Council on July 6.
